This end unit in a three-unit luxury townhouse project was put up for sale while still under construction last summer, with the builder offering up detailed renderings of its design, which includes a triple garage and an elevator. But with little interest from buyers, it was taken off the market in January. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s very rare you get a townhouse with a triple, attached garage and an elevator inside it,\u201d said agent Kamil Lalji.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut in Calgary, it\u2019s very challenging to sell off of plans; even challenging to sell 98 per cent complete.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once fully finished this summer, it was reintroduced to the market and sold for the full asking price. The adjacent units are still seeking buyers.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs soon as we listed it, we had an offer right away,\u201d said Mr. Lalji. \u201cUnit three is the most desirable of the three units. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt is an end unit, and it has a private side yard, which is quite valuable if you have kids or pets. It also sides onto a green space.\u201d <\/p>\n

The second floor has a den, two bedrooms and a laundry room. <\/p>\n

Monthly condominium fees of $325 cover snow removal and grounds maintenance. <\/p>\n
