\"\u2018I Jitin Gulati<\/a> is set to share screen space with Prabhas<\/a> in Hanu Raghavapudi<\/a>\u2019s upcoming period action drama \u2018Fauzi\u2019, after also joining the cast of the Akshaye Khanna-led Telugu mythological thriller \u2018Mahakali\u2019. Slated for release on December 3, \u2018Fauzi\u2019 marks Gulati\u2019s foray into Telugu cinema, and the actor says he could not have asked for a more promising project or a better co-star to begin this new phase of his career.<\/p>\n

Jitin Gulati opens up about working with Prabhas<\/p>\n

After nearly two years of working alongside Prabhas on \u2018Fauzi\u2019, Gulati says his experience has only reinforced the superstar\u2019s reputation for being generous and humble. In fact, the actor reveals that Prabhas has been even warmer and more giving than the stories he had heard about him.Speaking to Variety India, Gulati said, \u201cI had heard that he\u2019s a very generous man and a good human being. Now I\u2019ve had that experience firsthand. He is one of those quintessential good guys who is always there, is the sweetest, is very generous, and is ready to help anyone. We\u2019ve been shooting for the last two years, and I have seen him helping so many people around him.\u201dPrabhas\u2019 humility and generosity are not the only things that have left an impression on Gulati. The actor also got to sample the superstar\u2019s much-talked-about home-cooked food.\u201cApart from his magnanimity and humility, I have also tasted Prabhas\u2019 home-cooked food that he\u2019s so well-known for. I think that\u2019s the best mutton I\u2019ve ever had; I\u2019m not exaggerating,\u201d Gulati quipped.<\/p>\n

Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, \u2018Fauzi\u2019 is a pan-India period action drama set against the backdrop of pre-Independence India. Prabhas plays a soldier caught between war, duty and sacrifice, with the film exploring themes of patriotism, conflict and personal sacrifice.Reflecting on his experience of working with the superstar, Gulati said, \u201cIt\u2019s been an absolute pleasure to work with him, and I wish him bigger success than what he has right now because he really deserves it.\u201d<\/p>\n
