Speaking about hearing Soda Pop during the session, Cho recalled thinking, \u201cThis is going to be the greatest movie of all time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">Cho also described her reaction to seeing the completed film and its depiction of Korea. She said she became emotional at the prospect of audiences worldwide seeing the country\u2019s culture and food through the animation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">Her connection to Rumi also influenced her performance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">Cho linked the character\u2019s experiences with expectations from family to her own upbringing as a <a class=\"font-bold underline decoration-[#f52341]\" href=\"https:\/\/respawn.outlookindia.com\/pop-culture\/pop-culture-news\/k-pop-exports-2026-us-market-bts-blackpink-album-sales-growth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Korean-American<\/a> daughter. She explained that KPop Demon Hunters came by after she had spent almost two years away from acting, during which she traveled and pursued personal goals.
