And what looks weak can become strong. I\u2019m sure \u2014 especially me, man, I\u2019m ready to have a great fight. I admit that I didn\u2019t expect [to co-headline], but there were some complications on the card, and I moved up to do the co-main event. I\u2019m happy, man. Once again I see the UFC valuing me, giving me great fights, great cards, always fighting on the main card \u2014 when it\u2019s not main event, it\u2019s the co-main event.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has excellence in striking,\u201d Figueiredo said. \u201cBut I see myself as a guy with more excellence. If I fight at my level, aggressively, I\u2019m sure I\u2019m going to go right at him, and with great chances of knocking him out. But I can also do the grappling style. I\u2019m a guy who trains all areas, so anything can happen in this fight. I\u2019m prepared to have a great fight against him.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 38-year-old Figueiredo (25-7-1) needs a win in the worst way possible, having dropped four of his last five while getting stopped in two of those losses. To be fair, all four defeats have come against the best of the best<\/a>, but \u201cDaico\u201d is facing a red-hot Talbott (11-1) coming off back-to-back wins over Felipe Lima and Henry Cejudo.<\/p>\n
