A lot of positives to take from this weekend. Our team is gritty, and we worked our tails off. Disappointed to not come away with any points this weekend but we are ready to get back to the training ground Tuesday and continue progressing as a group.” head coach Adam Daley said.

The Beavers registered seven shots through both halves of play in the loss, with three of them registering as shots on goal.

Sunday’s loss put the Beavers on to a record of 1-4 on the season and 0-2 in conference play.

The Beavers women’s soccer team will return to Herb Parker Stadium for their second home game of the season next, as they take on Winona State University this Friday, September 18.

Local Sports Submitted photo.
