a court dismissed the suit brought by a concert promoter who claimed they owed him around $277K for bailing last minute.<\/p>\n<p>The court noted that Slovakian promoter Sten Hard already dropped band members Depp, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/people\/alice-cooper\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Alice Cooper<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/people\/joe-perry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Joe Perry<\/a> as individual defendants earlier in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Sten was still going after the band&#8217;s corporate entity, Hollywood Vampires Touring, but the judge ruled that the band lacked any meaningful contacts with the state of Texas where he filed the case and therefore couldn&#8217;t be sued there.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the court tossed the case for lack of jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p>            Play video content<\/p>\n<p>                    <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/4add44c611485a0389842c24e040211c_md.jpg\" alt=\"052716_johnny_depp_song_kaltura\" width=\"728\" height=\"410\" class=\"img-fluid\"\/><\/p>\n<p>As we reported &#8230;
