Taylor Swift was \u201cschooling\u201d Tom Cruise \u201con football\u201d as they watched the Kansas City Chiefs game together<\/a> Monday night.<\/p>\n

Cruise revealed details about their conversation on Thursday\u2019s episode of \u201cThe Tonight Show\u201d <\/a>when Jimmy Fallon asked him what happens \u201cwhen the biggest movie star in the world is sitting next to the biggest artist in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was bringing the football. First of all, she\u2019s a genius,\u201d the \u201cTop Gun\u201d actor gushed.<\/p>\n

After he made the revelation on \u201cThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,\u201d the host couldn\u2019t believe it, but Cruise insisted, \u201cShe was bringing the football.\u201d Todd Owyoung\/NBC via Getty Images<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been following her since she was a kid. Everybody there, all their friends, they\u2019re a beautiful couple and magical in their own right,\u201d he said, referring to Swift and her husband, Travis Kelce. \u201cEverybody there in that booth.\u201d<\/p>\n

After the \u201cMission: Impossible\u201d star confessed that Swift was showing him the ropes, Fallon couldn\u2019t believe it.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor real?\u201d Fallon questioned, as Cruise insisted, \u201cFor real.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the conversation, Swift admitted she didn\u2019t know anything about football when she first met the Chiefs tight end.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe said, \u2018You know, he\u2019s so patient,\u2019\u201d Cruise, 64, shared, laughing, \u201cI said, \u2018I\u2019m sure he was.\u2019 I think everybody would be very patient [with her].\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift, 36, and Cruise made headlines on Monday after they were spotted hanging out in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, as Kelce and the Chiefs defeated the Denver Broncos in their first game of the NFL season.<\/p>\n

The two looked deep in conversation<\/a>, although it was unclear exactly what they were talking about until now.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, ESPN host Pat McAfee, who was in the suit with Swift and Cruise, said on his podcast that \u201cwatching them experience a game was fantastic<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

McAfee had nothing but good things to say about the two, calling the singer \u201ckind\u201d and \u201chospitable.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Cruise, McAfee couldn\u2019t believe he wasn\u2019t sweating in his leather jacket.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe \u2026 didn\u2019t have a single drop or bead of sweat anywhere,\u201d the retired athlete insisted to listeners. \u201cHe\u2019s the movie star. He doesn\u2019t sweat.\u201d<\/p>\n
