Zara Larsson has shared multiple versions of her album Midnight Sun, which she originally dropped in September of last year. The Swedish pop singer promoted her fifth album with multiple singles, including hits like “Pretty Ugly,” the title tune and “Crush.” Thanks to the popularity of those tracks, as well as “Stateside,” her collaboration with PinkPantheress, Larsson was inspired to revamp the full-length, turning it into something of a remix album and collaborations project.

Midnight Sun: Girls Trip dropped in May and only recently became available on vinyl for the first time. Thanks to its issuing on the once-nearly-extinct format, Midnight Sun returns to multiple Billboard charts and helps the Grammy-nominated artist reach one tally for the first time.

Zara Larsson Is Back on the Billboard 200 as Well

While Midnight Sun reaches a new peak on the Top Album Sales ranking, it does not establish a new high point on the Billboard 200. The collection previously broke into the top 40, hitting No. 36. This frame, it reenters the consumption-built roster at No. 64.

Zara Larsson Returns to Her Career Peak

Midnight Sun also bounds up the Top Dance Albums chart, where it has performed incredibly well in the past. Larsson debuted the project on the genre-specific tally back in October 2025 when it was new, and in May, following the unveiling of Midnight Sun: Girls Trip, the title jumped to its previously-set peak of No. 2. Larsson is back in that spot, blocked only from the summit by Tame Impala’s unmoved Deadbeat.

The tune pushes to No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Larsson’s highest-peaking solo cut.

The single also establishes new peaks on the Adult Pop Airplay and Adult Contemporary charts, two of the three pop radio rankings, rising to Nos. 7 and 24, respectively. “Midnight Sun” simultaneously jumps from No. 45 to No. 33 on the Streaming Songs roster, also marking a new high for the catchy pop tune.
