Napheesa Collier over 18.5 points<\/p>\n
As of this writing, there aren\u2019t any player props available at BetMGM. But I like the idea of targeting the over on Napheesa Collier\u2019s scoring line, especially if it\u2019s listed at 18.5, as it has been in recent games.<\/p>\n
Collier, who had surgery on both her ankles in the offseason, didn\u2019t make her season debut until late July. However, she\u2019s slowly started to earn more usage as the Lynx\u2019s top offensive option.<\/p>\n
Collier averaged 17.5 points per game in the regular season, clearing this scoring line six times. She\u2019s attempted double-digit shots in all but one contest.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m interested in backing Collier for multiple reasons. For one, she\u2019s been a playoff riser in the past. Collier averaged 20.6 points per contest last postseason. She averaged 23.8 points per game in the 2024 playoffs, ending in a loss to the Liberty in the WNBA Finals.<\/p>\n
The injury report could also play a factor in Collier\u2019s performance on Sunday. Breanna Stewart, New York\u2019s best defender, missed the regular-season finale due to a knee injury. Minnesota guard Olivia Miles also missed the last two contests, which means she might defer to Collier if she returns on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Given how her postseason ended last year, Collier should be plenty motivated to lead the Lynx on a deep run this time around. Don\u2019t be surprised if she makes a statement on Sunday.<\/p>\n
