Milania Giudice was \u201chaving suicidal thoughts\u201d and a \u201cmental breakdown\u201d when she had a heated encounter with her mom, Teresa Giudice, and sister, Gia Giudice,<\/a> at Tampa International Airport in Florida on Wednesday, Page Six can exclusively confirm.<\/p>\n

Cops were alerted that \u201cmultiple females need police ASAP,\u201d that she \u201cgot away\u201d and that she was separated from a counselor, who was also on the scene, according to an incident report obtained by Page Six Thursday.<\/p>\n

Milania, 20, was allegedly last seen 30 minutes before her mom saw her run away. About 10 minutes later, Milania was located and escorted by police to her gate.<\/p>\n

Per the report, Milania was \u201cjust released\u201d from a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officials were informed that the incident was \u201cpossibly a Baker Act issue,\u201d which is a Florida law allowing temporary detention and emergency mental health services for up to 72 hours for evaluation and treatment. They were also told that Teresa, Gia and the counselor were allegedly \u201chaving issues\u201d transporting Milania.<\/p>\n

The US Sun was the first to report the news. <\/a><\/p>\n

Page Six confirmed Thursday that the Tampa International Airport Police Department received a call for assistance<\/a> on Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. We\u2019re told there was no arrest, no medical transport and no police report created.<\/p>\n

Per the US Sun, cops were reportedly notified that Milania, who was traveling with her mom and Gia as well as a counselor, had \u201cjust [been] released from the hospital.\u201d After about 12 minutes, Milania was found and boarded a plane with her family members.<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to Milania\u2019s rep for comment.<\/p>\n

As Page Six previously reported, Milania posted and then deleted a video in which she recorded herself lashing out at family members while surrounded by cops. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis is what we do now? This is what we do now?\u201d Milania can be heard asking her mom and sister in the clip.<\/p>\n

Teresa replied by repeatedly telling Milania, \u201cI love you.\u201d <\/p>\n

This is when Gia, 25, interjected, saying, \u201cLet her do what she wants to do\u201d as Teresa continued to express her love for Milania. <\/p>\n

\u201cShut the f\u2013k up!\u201d Milania snapped at the \u201cReal Housewives of New Jersey\u201d star before the video cuts out.<\/p>\n

Milania\u2019s latest incident comes just over a month after Page Six exclusively revealed that she had enrolled in anger management classes <\/a>following her domestic violence arrest.<\/p>\n

Milania was charged with one count of simple assault<\/a> in May, Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano confirmed at the time. <\/p>\n

A judge later claimed during her virtual court hearing that Milania \u201cdid knowingly cause bodily injury\u201d <\/a>to the victim, known as LR, by striking them \u201cin the head with her fist.\u201d The attack allegedly left redness in the middle of the victim\u2019s forehead during a domestic dispute.<\/p>\n

Milania later addressed the arrest,<\/a> as she told Page Six, \u201cIt is what it is, s\u2013t happens in life.\u201d Milania also claimed that she \u201cwas not in a good area in [her] life\u201d when she was arrested.<\/p>\n

Teresa, who married Luis Ruelas in 2022<\/a>, shares four daughters<\/a> \u2014 Gia, Gabriella, 22, Milania and Audriana Giudice, 17\u2014 with\u00a0her first husband, Joe Giudice<\/a>.<\/p>\n
