\u201cWe don\u2019t flaunt the AI in front of brokers. We don\u2019t try to make it seem intimidating,\u201d he said. Brokers can trigger automations through plain-language prompts rather than manual logic trees, but the company has drawn explicit limits around where AI is applied.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re sensitive to the fact that we\u2019re handling sensitive customer information, so there are certain parts of our platform where we refuse to even introduce AI because we don\u2019t want to risk anything related to customer data,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Beyond operational efficiency, he also argues that the industry has underinvested in tools that help brokers grow their businesses rather than simply manage existing workloads.<\/p>\n
\u201cCan we help a broker who\u2019s doing $10 million in funded volume get to $50 million or $100 million?\u201d he said. \u201cOur high-level goal is to get to 1,000 brokers, and to support those brokers not just in running a deal more efficiently, but in taking on more deals and building higher capacity.\u201d<\/p>\n
