Those will go live this week, with users getting their first trend reports in October.<\/p>\n<p>Google first detailed Health Guardian with the Pixel Watch 5 launch, explaining that it passively tracks health metrics to build a broad picture of a person\u2019s health.<\/p>\n<p>With the insulin resistance trend, it\u2019s worth noting that the feature can\u2019t replace formal lab work, but it can pick up on trends that can indicate insulin resistance.<\/p>\n<p>The Health Guardian features will be available for free in the Google Health app. Moreover, owners of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilesyrup.com\/2026\/05\/26\/google-fitbit-air-fitness-tracker-canada-review\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fitbit Air<\/a> will get access to the blood pressure and insulin resistance trends later this year.
