Word from inside the studio on The Batman Part II keeps getting better.<\/p>\n

Following Friday\u2019s article on Robert Pattinson breaking down The Batman for GQ<\/a>, our Paramount insider reached out with a new update on Matt Reeves\u2019 sequel.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was told AGAIN that he\u2019s 100% locked in and the dailies are blowing people\u2019s minds,\u201d the insider tells us.<\/p>\n

Dailies are the raw footage the studio reviews as filming goes, so the people watching the movie come together day by day are the ones reacting.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe studio is expecting a mega hit,\u201d says the insider.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s more: \u201cReeves is the golden child at ParaBros.\u201d<\/p>\n

ParaBros is the insider\u2019s shorthand for the incoming merged Paramount and Warner Bros., with David Ellison\u2019s Paramount set to take over once the deal closes.<\/p>\n

\u2018Off The Roof\u2019 Since August<\/p>\n

This lines up with everything our sources have been telling us for over a month.<\/p>\n

On August 21, we reported early internal reaction to The Batman Part II was \u201coff the roof,\u201d<\/a> with Pattinson \u201cin top form.\u201d<\/p>\n

That same report laid out Ellison going all in on Batman once the merger closes: Reeves finishing his trilogy, plus an Arkham Asylum series trilogy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re really high on Reeves,\u201d the source told us at the time, with Reeves and Pattinson \u201cbeing offered whatever they want to continue the Batman franchise.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our source also said Paramount and WB see Pattinson as \u201cthe next Tom Cruise.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Reeves already got fresh paperwork under the current regime, signing a new overall deal with Warner Bros. TV in September<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cBIG PLANS,\u201d our source said of that one. \u201cThey\u2019re giving him whatever he wants.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now the word is the same a month later, and it comes with dailies attached.<\/p>\n

Primetime Takes On Avengers: Endgame<\/p>\n

Pattinson also just backed the studio\u2019s read up at the box office.<\/p>\n

Primetime, which opened Friday with Pattinson as To Catch a Predator host Chris Hansen, is opening to an estimated $20 million this weekend.<\/p>\n

It took on Avengers: Endgame Encore, Marvel\u2019s re-release loaded with new Avengers: Doomsday scenes<\/a>, which is estimated at $26 million.<\/p>\n

Per Deadline, Pattinson had \u201cmassive turnout\u201d from moviegoers 25 to 34, who made up 46% of Primetime\u2018s audience, by far its biggest age group, with the 18 to 34 crowd \u201chuge\u201d at 80% overall.<\/p>\n

That is the same young audience that shows up for Batman, and it just showed up for Pattinson.<\/p>\n

Insiders Expect Big Things From Dune 3<\/p>\n

Our insiders are also expecting big things from Dune: Part Three.<\/p>\n

Pattinson is thought to be in line for an Oscar nomination for Primetime, Dune 3, or both.<\/p>\n

Back in August, our source called Pattinson \u201cin top form and a strong early Oscar favorite\u201d for Dune 3<\/a>, where he plays the shape-shifting Scytale.<\/p>\n

Dune: Part Three opens December 18, with Primetime in theaters now.<\/p>\n

Shooting Since June For February 2028<\/p>\n

Cameras have been rolling on The Batman Part II since June, with the shoot moving through Leavesden, London, Liverpool, and Glasgow\u2019s frozen Gotham.<\/p>\n

Pattinson leads returning cast members Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell.<\/p>\n

Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Charles Dance, Brian Tyree Henry, and Sebastian Koch join in roles the studio has yet to confirm.<\/p>\n

The Batman Part II opens in theaters February 18, 2028, and per our insider, the studio expects a mega hit when it does.<\/p>\n
