So, I always encourage people to exercise not only to release all the good hormones, but to build confidence, self-respect, and make friends.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alex currently holds several Guinness World Records titles, including most push ups to planks in one minute (male), which he first set in 2023 before improving his record to 84 on 6 December 2025.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u201cFor me, with Guinness World Records, there isn\u2019t much more I could wish to achieve in the fitness space, and it\u2019s more than I\u2019d ever expected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most important thing when choosing a Guinness World Records title to attempt is finding something that you\u2019re passionate about.
