In the \u201cMother\u201d<\/a> singer\u2019s video<\/a>, she\u2019s seen in a weight room in her athleisure while wearing a pair of sneakers. While she\u2019s not wearing stilettos, she did make sure she was balancing on the tip of her toes.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n But after she uploaded the video, TikTok users commented on her appearance. She was lip-syncing to an audio of Megan Thee Stallion<\/a> saying,\u00a0 \u201cI don\u2019t care if these bitches don\u2019t like me. \u2018Cuz like I\u2019m pretty as f—. Just the other day, I heard a hoe say, matter of fact what could a hoe say with a face like this and bitch this paid.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cGlam team really did that \ud83e\udd0d@Danyul Brown @eros @hairbyiggy #megantheestallion,\u201d she captioned the video.\n<\/p>\n Some users kept sharing similar comments about her weight loss and use of GLP-1 injectable tirzepatide<\/a>. The drug, known by its brand name Mounjaro, is used to treat Type 2 diabetes, but is also highly effective for weight loss by reducing appetite and improving how the body breaks down sugar and fat.\n<\/p>\n One user wrote, \u201cGLP-1 in the house!!\u201d Another added, \u201cThis makes me so sad \ud83d\ude41. In March, she faced criticism and concern about her weight loss and revealed in an Instagram post<\/a> that she decided to take Mounjaro.\n<\/p>\n Later that month, at Billboard’s 2025 Women in Music Awards, she shared that she began taking Mounjaro after welcoming her second child with her husband, actor Daryl Sabara<\/a>. Adding that she has worked with a dietician, made lifestyle changes and has a trainer.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n “I\u2019ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,\u201d she said. “Yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I\u2019m so glad I did because I feel great.”\u00a0\n<\/p>\n The following month, she said on her and her husband \u00a0Daryl Sabara<\/a>\u2019s podcast, Workin\u2019 On It, that Sabara, 32, is also taking Mounjaro<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n During the episode, Trainor stressed that \u201cyou have to put in the work as well,\u201d and noted that the couple has ensured they’ve been taking the right actions to maintain their healthy lifestyle habits.\n<\/p>\n
