Kim Kardashian acknowledged that her eldest daughter, North West,<\/a> loves being in the spotlight.<\/p>\n

The mother of four said she worries about the effects of exposing her kids to her intense level of fame, but noted that her teenage daughter has taken to the cameras more than the others, in an interview with the Sunday Times <\/a>published Saturday.<\/p>\n

\u201cEach kid does what they\u2019re comfortable with,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cSo, my little ones come around when I\u2019m filming but they don\u2019t really do storylines.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cNorth loves it a little bit more than the rest.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Skims founder revealed she has to hold North back from taking all the opportunities being presented to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll she wants to do is forward-facing projects,\u201d she shared. \u201cAnd so it\u2019s like us really kind of trying to savor those moments and not doing everything that comes her way, so we can really make sure that we manage it the right way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kardashian said she and West are in alignment about what North does take on, which has included releasing her EP, \u201cN0rth4evr,\u201d in May and being on <\/a>the cover of \u201cDazed\u201d magazine<\/a> for their September issue.<\/p>\n

The reality star, 45, called herself an \u201cintermediate-strict parent.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m extremely patient and loving,\u201d she shared. \u201cI still have a kid sleep in my bed when they want. I read books with the kids every night.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kardashian and West, 49, both supported North at her first solo concert<\/a> at the Vic Theatre\u00a0in Chicago last month. The exes kept their distance from one another, sitting in different sections of the venue.<\/p>\n

Kardashian later proudly shared a video of the sold-out crowd standing shoulder to shoulder as they waited for North\u2019s performance to start on her Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n

The concert came after North canceled her 14-stop tour with rapper Molly Santana<\/a> in July, just days before the first show was set to take place.<\/p>\n

In her interview with Dazed magazine<\/a>, North said that the worst advice she\u2019d ever been given was to wait to start her music career.<\/p>\n

She also defended her bold look<\/a>, which has included faux piercings<\/a> and face tattoos<\/a>.<\/p>\n
