They say he poses a significant risk to women in the community.<\/p>\n<p>Pelletier has historical convictions of sexual assault, commit sex assault, break and enter and assault.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Image: Surrey Police Service \/ Skylar Wayne Pelletier.
