{"id":924244,"date":"2026-10-07T17:02:12","date_gmt":"2026-10-07T17:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/924244\/"},"modified":"2026-10-07T17:02:12","modified_gmt":"2026-10-07T17:02:12","slug":"man-survives-being-struck-by-train-in-surrey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/924244\/","title":{"rendered":"Man survives being struck by train in Surrey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man in his 60s has survived after being hit by a train in Surrey Tuesday, police say.<\/p>\n<p>The Surrey Police Service (SPS) says it received a call about the incident, which took place on the CN tracks near the Golden Ears Connector and 182 Street, shortly before 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"eager\" src=\"https:\/\/vancouver.citynews.ca\/wp-content\/plugins\/visual-portfolio\/assets\/images\/logo-dark.svg\" alt=\"Visual Portfolio, Posts &amp; Image Gallery for WordPress\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" data-skip-lazy=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>When officers and members of BC Emergency Health Services arrived, they found the man near the tracks, police say.
