\n\tSebastian Stan<\/a>, who suited back up as the Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes, for the forthcoming \u201cAvengers: Doomsday<\/a>,\u201d recently revealed he hasn\u2019t actually seen the movie yet \u2014 but expects it to be \u201cheartbreaking.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI haven\u2019t seen the movie, and I don\u2019t know how it turned out,\u201d the actor admitted while speaking with Decider<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m sure it\u2019s going to be probably heartbreaking, in a lot of ways. We\u2019ll see who makes it to the next level.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tStan did say he got to \u201creunite with everyone\u201d on set, adding, \u201cIt was very nostalgic to look back and think about all of these years that we\u2019ve known each other and grew up together. It\u2019s incredible in that way,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s been a family, and it never stops being that way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWhile fans have interpreted Stan\u2019s comments as a tip that more than a few of the beloved characters will be killed off in the \u201cAvengers: Endgame\u201d follow-up, the actor is the latest \u201cDoomsday\u201d cast member to confess that they don\u2019t really know what to expect when it comes to the film\u2019s narrative. Recently, Alan Cumming<\/a>, who will reprise his role as the mutant superhero Nightcrawler, told SiriusXM<\/a>: \u201cTo be honest, I don\u2019t fully understand the plot.\u201d (He first appeared as the character in 2003\u2019s \u201cX2: X-Men United.\u201d) Cumming also noted that most of his scenes were shot \u201cin front of a blue screen.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPerhaps the confusion stems from the unfinished script <\/a>the co-directors, Joe and Anthony Russo, shot the film with. \u201cWe always view the script as a living organism,\u201d Joe told the Associated Press<\/a> last month. \u201cWe\u2019re improvisation-based, rehearsal-based directors. We like to see what the actors bring to the characters, and sometimes you don\u2019t get the actors until a few days or few weeks before you shoot them. And a lot of the time, that\u2019s when the magic happens.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tStan first appeared in \u201cCaptain America: The First Avenger\u201d in 2011, going on to appear in \u201cCaptain America: The Winter Soldier,\u201d \u201cCaptain America: Civil War,\u201d \u201cAvengers: Infinity War,\u201d and more Marvel films. <\/p>\n
