(Image Credit: Anoush Ebtekar.)<\/p>\n<p>By Mike Vanden Bosch<\/p>\n<p>Police investigation<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\tOct 8, 2026 | 11:07 PM\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>SURREY \u2013 Police in Surrey are investigating after shots were reportedly fired outside a housing complex in South Surrey Thursday night.<\/p>\n<p>According to a statement from police, Surrey Police Service officers responded to a report of shots fired outside a residential complex in the 100 block of 175A Street Thursday night, Oct. 8, at about 6:51 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Police say two suspects, described as men wearing dark clothing, allegedly fled on foot. It is unknown if they are connected to any vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Surrey Police Service says the suspects were not located despite police containing and searching the area with the help of the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Surrey Police Service officers responded to a shooting Thursday night in South Surrey.
