Bahdi continued to press forward territorially but still wasn’t moving his hands enough to win rounds as the fourth began. He ate a sharp left hook just after the two-minute mark of the round and delivered a hard left of his own just before the bell.

Schofield’s work rate dipped at the start of the fifth as he appeared more concerned with defense than offense, continuing to move but not firing as much. Still, in a round with no significant lands or exchanges, his occasional flash was enough to carry the round.

Neither man was scintillating in terms of activity, but Schofield entered the sixth averaging 10 landed punches per round to Bahdi’s five per round.

Bahdi fired a lead left hook that landed on Schofield’s chin midway through the sixth, then did it again seconds later, prompting an exchange in which Schofield quickly fired back. Bahdi’s shots were more damaging, though. and a right left Schofield wobbled again in the final 30 seconds.

It was Bahdi’s best stretch of the fight and earned him his first round, narrowing the B/R scorecard margins to 5-1 and 59-54 through six.

Bahdi continued to press forward territorially but still wasn’t moving his hands enough to win rounds as the…

[447
703,49,48,82
post-928536","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-boxing","tag-boxing","tag-ca","tag-canada","tag-sports
["GET
