{"id":928728,"date":"2026-10-11T07:12:09","date_gmt":"2026-10-11T07:12:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/928728\/"},"modified":"2026-10-11T07:12:09","modified_gmt":"2026-10-11T07:12:09","slug":"photos-free-haunted-bog-walk-thru-at-guildford-town-centre-in-surrey-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/928728\/","title":{"rendered":"PHOTOS: Free \u2018Haunted Bog\u2019 walk-thru at Guildford Town Centre in Surrey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>              PHOTOS: Free \u2018Haunted Bog\u2019 walk-thru at Guildford Town Centre in Surrey<\/p>\n<p class=\"pubStamp\">Published 7:00 pm Saturday, October 10, 2026<\/p>\n<p>Shoppers can expect spooky surprises in a new walk-thru Halloween attraction at Guildford Town Centre this month. <\/p>\n<p>Admission is free at Secrets of the Haunted Bog, in a vacant unit at Entrance 6 (west side).<\/p>\n<p>The temporary attraction, opened Friday (Oct. 9), features water-based haunted haze in low light, animatronics and mysterious creatures lurking during a two-minute walk.<\/p>\n<p>Wee ones under age five may find it a little too spooky, but older kids and adults should delight in playful frights.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow darker, scarier and back in a vacant unit,\u201d promises <a href=\"https:\/\/www.guildfordtowncentre.com\/stores\/secrets-of-the-haunted-bog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">guildfordtowncentre.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you go, bring a non-perishable food item for Surrey Food Bank. Guildford Town Centre will match the donation with $2 per item donated, $5,000 maximum.<\/p>\n<p>Until Oct. 31, hours for Secrets of the Haunted Bog are noon to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.
