<\/p>\n LYNCHBURG, Va. \u2014 Women’s soccer (4-6-3, 1-3-0 CUSA) drops its match at Liberty on Sunday afternoon, 1-0.<\/p>\n The Panthers played the Flames well in the first half, namely the defense who allowed zero goals on 11 shots seen against Liberty. The FIU offense garnered one shot and one shot on goal in the first 45 minutes.<\/p>\n FIU went into the half with the Flames tied, 0-0, with Liberty coming into the matchup No. 25 in RPI.<\/p>\n Liberty took the lead late in the second half after a batted ball in the box found its way into the back of the Panther net, giving the Flames a 1-0 lead.
