\n\tSean \u201cDiddy<\/a>\u201d Combs was taken from the federal prison in New Jersey, where he is serving a 50-month sentence, to a local hospital after suffering a head injury, according to TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe outlet reported Monday that the rap mogul was transported from the Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Dix, on Saturday morning. Combs left the facility around 1 a.m. and was back before 7 a.m., TMZ said. Sources told the outlet he was conscious and talking to people during the incident.<\/p>\n

\n\tCombs\u2019 personal PR representative told The Hollywood Reporter on Monday that he is still trying to understand what happened.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean\u2019s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out,\u201d he said on Monday afternoon in a message to THR. <\/p>\n

\n\tCombs has been in the headlines again lately this time for reported behavior behind bars, including possessing a contraband cellphone and tablet.<\/p>\n

\n\tA recent report from NBC News\u2019 Dateline indicated that the Bad Boy founder had also extended his luxurious lifestyle into his cell, where a crew of incarcerated men received funds in their commissary accounts in exchange for doing chores like making the rapper\u2019s bed, cleaning his toilet and shower and giving him massages.<\/p>\n

\n\tFort Dix officials sanctioned Combs for \u201cdisruptive conduct\u201d and stripped him of 41 days of good conduct time he had accrued over his first year at the facility. The former near-billionaire is now set for release from federal custody in March 2028.<\/p>\n

\n\tCombs was convicted<\/a> of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and acquitted of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges after an extensive trial in the summer of 2025. After a sentencing hearing<\/a> in October, he was handed 50 months. He and his attorneys are awaiting a decision on their appeal.<\/p>\n
