Could the teams who finished in 18th place, one spot from safety, argue that they might have stayed up but for City?<\/p>\n

Deducted from that is the first season of parachute payments to give a net amount.<\/p>\n
Hull were relegated twice in the period, costing the Tigers \u00a393.78m.<\/p>\n
The Tigers finished below City in the table four times, adding \u00a35.2m in place money to the sum.<\/p>\n
It leaves the East Yorkshire club as the second-most impacted on \u00a399m.<\/p>\n
Swansea are fourth in the table with \u00a363.1m. Of that total, \u00a354m is from relegation and \u00a39.1m in place money from the seven seasons the Swans were in the top flight.<\/p>\n
