The recall occurred after &#8220;consumer complaints received for discolored tablets,&#8221; as the FDA noted in the report.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The acetaminophen is designated as extra strength and comes in 500-mg caplets, more specifically.
