The popular event once again features a pop-up pumpkin patch. Together, Art’s is calling the stroll and patch “Harvest Hollow.”

On now until Halloween, Harvest Hollow will have paid admission again on weekends this year.

For the second year in a row, Art’s is charging to get in on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It’ll be $26.23 for families, or $7.33 for individual tickets (kids under 5 are free). From Monday to Thursday, admission will be by donation of cash or a non-perishable food item.

“We wanted Harvest Hollow to be a place where family and friends can come together, enjoy everything we love about fall, and create some great memories without having to travel far from home,” Rebecca Van Der Zalm, owner of Art’s Nursery Garden and Home, said in a press release.

The scarecrow festival returned in September and runs until Oct. 31. The annual “stroll” raises money for charity. To date, Art’s Nursery fall events have raised more than $64,000 for local charities.

“Designed as an affordable fall outing for families, Harvest Hollow transforms the nursery into a colourful autumn destination filled with pumpkins, activities, games and more than 100 scarecrows,” notes info in the release from Art’s. “All of the scarecrows are hand-crafted by staff and are sponsored by local businesses.”

There are scarecrows, a pop-up pumpkin patch, and games. On weekends, the event features food trucks and live music.

“Families can explore the covered pumpkin patch, making Harvest Hollow a great outing rain or shine, while kids can take part in a Scavenger Hunt, games and activities,” notes information in the release. “There are plenty of family photo opportunities throughout the event, along with edible and carving pumpkins to help everyone get ready for Halloween.”

Last year, Art’s had more than 100 scarecrows on site. The scarecrows represented characters from cartoons and film and famous musicians, among others.

As the Scarecrow Stroll is a charity event, each scarecrow is sponsored by a local business. They are set up at various locations all over Art’s property. And all proceeds go to support local charities.

Art’s is supporting five charities through this year’s stroll: Inclusion Langley Society, Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society (OWL), Langley Food Bank, Surrey Food Bank, and St. Vincent de Paul Society.

OWL is a non-profit that rescues, rehabilitates, and releases injured and orphaned raptors back into the wild (if they are able to be released). They also dedicate part of their time to educating the public and giving demonstrations and telling stories about their “bird ambassadors.”

Art’s Scarecrow Stroll is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. everyday of the week, including holidays. Art’s is located at 8940 192nd Street in Port Kells. Food trucks and live music will run on weekends during the Scarecrow Stroll, with the last dates being Oct. 24 and 25. The festival runs until Oct. 31.

For more info, or to buy some tickets, visit artsnursery.com.

Paid admission again for Art’s annual Scarecrow Stroll Published 10:00 pm Wednesday, October 14, 2026 The 12th annual…

[194299
49,48,87674
post-933574","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-surrey","tag-ca","tag-canada","tag-surrey
["GET
