RJ Mitte\u2019s younger sister, Lacianne Carriere, openly wept while remembering the \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d actor during a eulogy at his memorial service on Friday.<\/p>\n
\u201cRJ Mitte was my older brother but I not only just lost a brother, I lost my father,\u201d she said during the service, held in his hometown of Brownsville, Texas, per footage shared to YouTube<\/a>. <\/p>\n Carriere shared that her mother was a single mom who \u201cwas in an accident that paralyzed her from the waist down for the first few years of my life\u201d when she was a newborn.<\/p>\n RJ, she said, \u201cimmediately took on the father role.\u201d<\/p>\n RJ Mitte\u2019s sister, Lacianne Carriere, openly wept during a eulogy at the actor\u2019s memorial service Friday, as seen above. BACKGRID<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t have many words that I can put together but all I can say is that every part of me is RJ,\u201d Carriere continued.<\/p>\n \u201cEvery type of music I listen to, everything I watch, every game I play, our mannerisms, and I just really miss my brother,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Carriere also shared her brother\u2019s love for his community, many of whom gathered at the family\u2019s Mitte Cultural District for the memorial.<\/p>\n \u201cThis was his community,\u201d she said. \u201cHe loved it here and he loved all of you and he loved this city.\u201d <\/p>\n Mitte died at the age of 34 on Monday. And just reach out to someone.\u201d<\/p>\n Page Six confirmed on Monday<\/a> that RJ \u2014 best known for his role as Walter White Jr. on the AMC series \u2013 had died at the age of 34, with a rep telling us in a statement, \u201cIt is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of beloved actor, philanthropist and passionate disability rights advocate RJ Mitte.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n They added that for his role in \u201cBreaking Bad,\u201d\u00a0RJ drew \u201cfrom his own experience living with cerebral palsy\u201d and \u201cbrought authenticity to the role and built a platform on disability awareness and inclusion.\u201d<\/p>\n A manner of death is pending.
