Materials will be provided, according to the listing. The mixer also offers time to meet people and enjoy music, rather than requiring everyone to arrive with an existing project.

The evening gathering is one part of the wider day. Visitors hoping to use recording or photography equipment should check the separate studio arrangements, because those facilities finish earlier than the main event.

Recording and photography end at 6 p.m.

Both studios are listed as available from noon to 6 p.m. The recording studio is free, with advance reservations through BAO’s October recording-studio booking page. A booking link does not guarantee that a particular time remains available.

Recording users must already know how to operate the equipment and software. BAO says staff and volunteers cannot provide technical support, and asks users to bring a USB stick to save their files.

Photography-studio bookings are made in person at the event. Technical support is also unavailable there. The equipment listing notes that the Canon camera requires an SD card and the action camera requires a microSD card, details worth checking if photography is the reason for the visit.

[194339
51759,49,48
post-936174","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-brampton","tag-brampton","tag-ca","tag-canada
["GET
