After adding a new route to Phoenix<\/a> in February,\u00a0Porter spokesperson Brad Cicero told Vancouver Is\u00a0Awesome the airline had plans to offer more routes out of Vancouver across to Ontario. At that time, it\u00a0had\u00a0recently established a crew base for flight attendants and pilots in Vancouver, allowing it\u00a0to continue exploring options.<\/p>\n “People have really responded well to the Porter experience,” he said.<\/p>\n Porter introduces direct flights from Vancouver to London, Ontario<\/p>\n Porter’s new Vancouver route is one of five new domestic routes launching in spring 2027. It will also offer direct flights connecting London with\u00a0Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal-MET\u00a0and Ottawa.<\/p>\n One-way trips on the new route start for as little as $386.88 in PorterClassic (see gallery above for pricing options).<\/p>\n The YVR option will operate 11 times weekly on the\u00a0Embraer E195-E2 aircraft with 132 seats, including\u00a016 PorterReserve, 20 PorterClassic Stretch\u00a0and 96 PorterClassic seats. Each seat has a power outlet at every seat.<\/p>\n PorterReserve offers an all-inclusive travel experience featuring “extra-legroom seating at the front of the cabin, dedicated check-in and boarding, two included checked bags, and complimentary fresh meals and premium cocktails on longer routes.” Passengers can also select PorterClassic to customize flights \u00e0 la carte.<\/p>\n Travellers flying to Ottawa or Montreal will enjoy the highest frequencies, with thrice-daily service to London, allowing business travellers to make same-day trips.<\/p>\n “Flights to Montreal Metropolitan Airport feature access to the city\u2019s newest air travel experience.
