Note:\u00a0The Jets practiced on Friday as they looked to reset ahead of a monumental test against the defending Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes this afternoon. We learned that Vlad Namestnikov is now considered week-to-week<\/a> after suffering an injury during Thursday\u2019s morning skate in Chicago. With a 2:30 PM CT puck drop, Winnipeg will not hold a morning skate today, so be sure to check our pre-game report for all the latest updates ahead of the game.<\/p>\n

Note II: Once the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Carolina this afternoon, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show. Join us starting around 5:10 PM CT as we break down and analyze the game.<\/p>\n

Note III: The Moose didn\u2019t exactly get loose to start last night\u2019s game against the Stars, but one thing we\u2019ve learned about this Manitoba club early in the season is that they can win with a lead or battle back from a deficit. After falling behind 2-0 through 20 minutes, the Moose scored three goals in the 2nd period and four more in the 3rd to defeat Texas 7-4<\/a> and improve to 4-1-0 on the season. It was an impressive performance from top to bottom. They\u2019ll practice today at 11:30 AM CT at hockey for all centre as they prepare for tomorrow\u2019s rematch with the Stars.<\/p>\n
