At a certain point, we start asking ourselves how to train smarter, recover more effectively, eat properly, and better understand our bodies. Can we improve our performance without adding more training hours? How can we utilize the potential of modern medicine and physiotherapy? And finally, how can we not lose the joy of cycling in the pursuit of ever-improving results?

These are the themes that form the basis of the All Cycling Space – Educational Conference, which will take place on November 14–15, 2026, at the School of Sports Championships in Świdnica. The organizers have prepared two days of meetings with experts, combining lectures and workshops, as well as opportunities for face-to-face discussions and individual consultations. This is a proposition for both high-level racers and ambitious amateurs who want to better utilize their potential.

From psyche to exercise physiology

The first day of the conference, scheduled for Saturday, November 14th, will be devoted primarily to lectures. The program will cover topics that are increasingly influencing contemporary approaches to cycling training. Topics will include athlete psychology, health, exercise physiology, dietetics, and the use of medical advancements.

Małgorzata Jasińska, Sports Director of Canyon/SRAM Racing, will discuss how to overcome the fear of judgement, comparisons, and failure at the start. This is an important topic not only for athletes striving for results, but also for anyone feeling the pressure of their own athletic ambitions.

Szymon Gałczyński, a physician with Team Picnic PostNL and MAT ATOM Deweloper, will examine the relationship between health and performance. In his lecture, “A Healthy Body Rides Faster,” he will focus on how to discover hidden brakes and build a solid foundation for performance. Dominik Omiotek, a physiotherapist working with cyclists of all levels, will present the untapped potential of modern medicine in the context of improving cycling performance.

Nutrition will also be an important part of the program. Adam Pluciński, Pinarello Q36.5’s chief dietitian, will discuss precisely tailoring a diet to the cyclist’s training load, age, and lifestyle. In practice, these elements often determine whether subsequent weeks of training yield the desired results or lead to increasing fatigue.

Arkadiusz Kogut, UCI coach and founder of WAY2CHAMP, will address the topic of adapting training stimuli. As the title of his talk suggests, the wrong stimulus can waste time and watts. Jakub Pieniążek, coach of the NSN Cycling Team and the national para-cycling team, will round out the first day’s presentation, exploring physiology at the edge, discussing advanced adaptations, hypoxia, heat stress, and the body’s deep reserves.

The program will also be complemented by a presentation by Sabina Włoszczowska , Quest Sport Customer Satisfaction Director, on trends and changes in what we wear on the bike, with an emphasis on Polish products.

Sunday under the sign of practice

On Sunday, November 15th, the conference will undergo a change of format. Instead of lectures, participants will be able to focus on workshops, selecting topics that are most relevant from their own perspective. This is an opportunity to go beyond theory, ask specific questions, and compare their own experiences with the knowledge of specialists.

Małgorzata Jasińska will lead a workshop titled “From Comfort to Freedom,” dedicated to women’s cycling. Szymon Gałczyński will conduct laboratory and imaging studies, as well as exercise testing, demonstrating how to analyze a cyclist’s body from a diagnostic perspective. Dominik Omiotek will focus on regeneration, optimization, and self-therapy, utilizing his knowledge of the nervous system, internal organs, and the myofascial system.

Other topics will include periodization and practical adaptation of nutritional plans, training planning and management based on load, age, and lifestyle, and the use and control of advanced load stimuli. Adam Pluciński, Arkadiusz Kogut, and Jakub Pieniążek will be responsible for these topics, respectively.

The Sunday program includes two two-hour workshop sessions, separated by a lunch break. Participants will choose topics of interest, and individual consultations with the speakers will be available after the workshops, for an additional fee.

Who is this conference for?

The greatest value of such meetings is the opportunity to look at cycling from a broader perspective. Training doesn’t end with completing planned intervals, and progress isn’t solely dependent on the number of hours spent on the bike. Health, recovery, nutrition, mental preparation, and the ability to properly respond to the body’s signals are also important.

The All Cycling Space conference may be of interest to both athletes and ambitious amateurs, as well as coaches and those supporting cyclists in their preparations. The combined experiences of professionals working in the peloton, sports medicine specialists, physiotherapists, and dietitians provide the opportunity to gain diverse perspectives, and the workshop format on the second day should facilitate the transfer of knowledge into everyday practice.

All Cycling Space – Ride | Learn | Connect will take place on November 14–15, 2026, at the School of Sports Championships in Świdnica. The first day will be filled with lectures and meetings with experts, while the second will be dedicated to workshops and consultations. Two days, six speakers, and a wide range of topics will help you better understand what truly influences cycling performance.

The detailed program includes participant registration and welcome coffee on Saturday from 8:15 a.m., the official opening at 8:45 a.m., and the conclusion of the first day of lectures in the evening. On Sunday, workshops will begin at 9:00 a.m., and the conference is scheduled to conclude at 16:00 p.m.

Register here: wynikizawodow.eu/zapisy/368

Full program and details: wynikizawodow.eu/KonferencjaACS

Questions for the organizer: [email protected]

Cycling is much more than training, numbers on the odometer, and kilometers cycled.
