Only $340,303 remains in the firm\u2019s accounts, according to the LSO\u2019s notice of application.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Peel Regional Police confirmed on October 9, a criminal investigation into \u201cmultiple\u201d allegations of fraud and breach of trust at RSG Law,\u00a0part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpamag.com\/ca\/mortgage-industry\/industry-trends\/brampton-lawyer-arrested-in-43-million-mortgage-fraud-scheme\/589523\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ontario\u2019s mounting mortgage fraud and trust account enforcement actions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Grewal\u2019s lawyer Simon Bieber maintains his client denies wrongdoing, is co-operating with the LSO, and \u201clooks forward to continuing his defence,\u201d adding that Grewal is \u201cworking diligently to resolve all outstanding litigation in a manner that is fair to all involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Receivership and a father-in-law\u2019s allegations<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The legal crisis has also engulfed Grewal\u2019s real estate arm.
