Taylor Swift performed some of her biggest hits during her performance at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures\u2019 sixth annual Academy Museum Gala<\/a> in Los Angeles Saturday evening.<\/p>\n

The \u201cFortnight\u201d singer took the stage in a strapless sparkling gown to give her first live performance of her chart-topping single \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia,\u201d per videos shared online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Swift, 36, also performed \u201cLove Story,\u201d \u201cBlank Space\u201d and her original song from \u201cToy Story 5,\u201d titled \u201cI Knew It, I Knew You.\u201d <\/p>\n

The \u201cBad Blood\u201d songstress channeled Cinderella when she arrived at the \u201cMet Gala of the West\u201d on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Swift stunned in a strapless pale blue Dior dress<\/a> to walk the red carpet. The floor-length gown was crafted from pleated silk and embellished with a beaded bow.<\/p>\n

The well-heeled crowd included this year\u2019s honorees filmmaker and composer John Carpenter, Oscar nominee Colman Domingo and Oscar winner Charlize Theron. Co-chairs of the gala, Tom Ford, Robert Rodriguez, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw were also in attendance.<\/p>\n

A-listers including Jessica Alba, Adrien Brody and Georgina Chapman, Kirsten Dunst, Regina Hall, Kate Hudson, Jessica Lange, Greta Lee, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Rami Malek, Demi Moore, Olivia Munn, Da\u2019Vine Joy Randolph, Seth Rogen and Teyana Taylor were among the 2026 Academy Museum Gala host committee.<\/p>\n

In the press release, Academy Museum Director and President Amy Homma described Swift as \u201can extraordinary talent whose work resonates around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pop superstar\u2019s last major public appearance was at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards<\/a> in September, where she made history by surpassing Beyonc\u00e9 to become the most-awarded artist in the show\u2019s history<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The record-breaking moment came when Swift won the inaugural MTV VMA Artist Director Honors<\/a>, presented by Dakota Johnson<\/a> at the ceremony in Los Angeles\u2019 Peacock Theater.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, I want to say thank you to MTV for giving this platform to music videos so long ago,\u201d Swift said in her acceptance speech. \u201cI got to start making music videos and being a part of music videos 20 years ago, and since then, I\u2019ve gotten to be a part of making 60 music videos, roughly 60 of them \u2014 18 of those I wrote and directed. And I really love writing and directing music videos.<\/p>\n

\u201cI gotta tell you, though, the main reason why I love writing and directing music videos so much is because you, the fans, make it so much fun. You make it so rewarding because you actually care about what we\u2019re making,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

Ahead of her star-studded July 3 wedding to Travis Kelce<\/a> at Madison Square Garden, Swift shocked the audience at her husband\u2019s Tight Ends & Friends concert in June with a performance of her 2008 hit \u201cLove Story.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Swift joined country singer Lainey Wilson onstage toward the end of her set, with Wilson telling the crowd, \u201cI\u00a0don\u2019t think y\u2019all are ready for what\u2019s about to happen,\u201d before Swift took the stage.<\/p>\n

Wilson, 34, said it has been \u201cso cool\u201d to see what Swift has accomplished since she first saw the \u201creally, really special\u201d singer perform at age 16.<\/p>\n
