Halle Berry\u2019s daughter is expected to testify in the ongoing domestic violence restraining order case<\/a> between the actress and her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez.<\/p>\n

Berry, 60, appeared to have red and watery eyes as the courtroom reopened Monday afternoon following 13-year-old Maceo\u2019s nearly four-hour testimony<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Both Berry and Martinez, 60, will testify at Los Angeles County Superior Court in the case. Berry\u2019s 18-year-old daughter, Nahla, whom she shares with model Gabriel Aubry<\/a>, 50, was also listed as a potential witness.<\/p>\n

If Nahla testifies, it will take place virtually because she is currently attending school.<\/p>\n

In a previous court declaration obtained by Page Six<\/a>, Nahla wrote that she has never witnessed her mother \u201chit, slap, choke, grab, or physically abuse Maceo in any way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI have never seen my mom place her hands around Maceo\u2019s neck, put him in a chokehold, restrict his breathing, or engage in any conduct remotely resembling the allegations that have been made against her,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Additional potential witnesses could include Berry\u2019s fianc\u00e9, Van Hunt<\/a>, staffers at Maceo\u2019s school and other therapists and medical professionals.<\/p>\n

Berry\u2019s attorney referenced the \u201cminor\u2019s propensity for dishonesty\u201d as a reason to bring in certain witnesses.<\/p>\n

The courtroom will be closed during any testimony involving Maceo or \u201csensitive medical issues.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Judge Shelley Kaufman asked if both parties\u2019 declarations were agreed upon, Martinez\u2019s legal team claimed Berry\u2019s is \u201criddled with hearsay\u201d and requested it not be entered as evidence.<\/p>\n

Berry\u2019s attorneys argued the declarations were not hearsay, but explained why Martinez filed the \u201cfrivolous and baseless\u201d domestic violence restraining order application and how his intent was to circumvent court orders.<\/p>\n

In a court filing earlier this month, Martinez accused Berry of getting violent with their son during a Sept. 26 incident. Martinez claimed Berry told their son he was \u201csuch an idiot\u201d for playing games on a virtual reality headset.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe grabbed Maceo by the neck and started choking him while shouting, \u2018Who is dominant now?! Who is dominant?!’\u201d Martinez claimed in the documents.<\/p>\n

Berry denied the allegations through her attorney at the time, calling them \u201centirely meritless and deliberately misleading.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maceo was in an upbeat mood during a break in his testimony Monday. London Entertainment<\/p>\n

In addition to the restraining orders for him and his son, Martinez is requesting sole custody of Maceo. Berry is requesting sole legal custody<\/a> and wants the court to restore her power over major decisions in the teen\u2019s life.<\/p>\n

Despite the earlier emotions Monday, Berry left court smiling, while Martinez walked out without acknowledging his ex.<\/p>\n
