The firm will use Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions for custody.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Truing serves company founders and entrepreneurs, families with significant real estate and other concentrated assets, and individuals navigating major transitions, including the sale of a business, divorce or loss of a spouse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">\u201cOur new structure gives us greater control over how we serve clients and the flexibility to build solutions around their needs, supported by the resources and capabilities of leading financial institutions,\u201d Price said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p data-component=\"related-article\" class=\"RelatedArticle\">Related:<a class=\"RelatedArticle-RelatedContent\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/beacon-pointe-adds-three-teams-with-12b-in-assets\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Beacon Pointe Adds Three Teams with $1.2B in Assets<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Truing represents the latest partnership with Elevation Point, following news in February that it made a <a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/career-moves\/elevation-point-takes-minority-stake-in-13b-hampton-bluff-capital-partners?utm_term=concierge_agent\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">minority investment in Hampton Bluff Capital Partners<\/a>, an Atlanta-based team that managed about $1.3 billion in assets before breaking away from UBS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Last May, Elevation Point <a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/emigrant-takes-minority-stake-in-jim-dickson-s-elevation-point\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">sold a minority stake to Emigrant Partners<\/a>. While Emigrant Partners and Elevation Point have similar business models, the investment gave Emigrant exposure to the breakaway advisor market.
