Taking to the skies for a four-game road trip, the Florida Panthers own a 5-2-2 record and have won three straight games.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Hoping to carry the play from their last win, a convincing 8-3 victory over the Seattle Kraken on Saturday, the Panthers will begin the trip with a Wednesday night tilt at Canadian Tire Centre against the Ottawa Senators (6-3-0).\u00a0<\/p>\n
An important divisional game, every point will count in one of the deepest divisions in the league.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cYou’re not going to be allowed a strong lull,\u201d head coach Paul Maurice said of the strength of the Atlantic Division. \u201cEverybody’s going to have one at least, and you have to survive that. You can’t be that far away from anybody because you can catch any one team, but you’re not catching four, and there isn’t a weak team in the group.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Brady Tkachuk will make his return to Ottawa when the Panthers take on the Senators.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cOnce we get there, it\u2019s going to hit a little bit more,\u201d Brady said after practice Monday. \u201cRight now, it still feels like that game you circle on the calendar for a lot of people. Once we land in Ottawa and see some of the guys, that\u2019ll be like \u2018All right, it\u2019s here.\u2019 It\u2019s going to be nervous. It\u2019s going to be fun. It\u2019s going to be a weird-but-cool experience. Yeah, I\u2019m looking forward to it.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
