Bears vs. Patriots betting preview

After missing three games with a hamstring injury, Caleb Williams returned to action last week for Chicago and delivered a stellar performance. The former No. 1 overall pick went 30-of-36 for 305 yards and a touchdown in a 31-23 win over the Falcons that improved Chicago to 4-2 on the season. Williams now leads the NFL in completion percentage and the Bears are top-seven in the NFL in total offense and defense.

New England is also 4-2 on the season and Drake Maye is finding his way after a sluggish start. The No. 3 overall pick in the same draft class has thrown for 878 yards and 10 touchdown with only one interception over his last three games after throwing for 585 yards, one touchdown and six interceptions over the first three weeks of the season. The Patriots are also top-seven in the league in yards for and against.

The latest Bears vs. Patriots odd list Chicago as the 3-point favorite at home and the over/under is currently 50.5. Maye’s over/under for passing yards on Thursday is 248.5 and the line for Williams is 244.5. Bears running back D’Andre Swift is -165 to score a touchdown and Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson is -110. Get $200 in bonus bets and 3 months of NBA League Pass after your first $5 wager by signing up for DraftKings Sportsbook here:
