The team behind Kpop Demon Hunters<\/a> have confirmed an immersive gaming experience is set to launch early next year.<\/p>\n

The Netflix<\/a> hit is set to take over a number of Immersive Gamebox locations in the US from January 2027.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t just watch. Play,\u201d reads the announcement post with fans invited to \u201cstep into a 60 minute KPop Demon Hunters experience where the demons are real and the songs are the weapon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Teams of between two and six players can take part in the event, which challenges participants to help HUNTR\/X and restore the Honmoon. \u201cBuild your iconic avatar, step into Seoul and team up to help HUNTR\/X take on immersive adventures inspired by the film. And yes, don\u2019t worry. Derpy will be there too,\u201d continues a press release.<\/p>\n

Players will \u201cmove, react, and work together through a series of interactive games featuring 3D motion tracking, projection mapping, touch-sensitive walls and spatial audio.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tickets for the interactive Kpop Demon Hunters experience will be available later this year but fans can join a waitlist<\/a> now to gain early access to the sale.<\/p>\n

Since it launched on Netflix in June 2025, KPop Demon Hunters has been streamed more than 325million times<\/a>, and has been screened in cinemas around the world<\/a>. A sequel was confirmed in November<\/a> but no release date has been announced \u2013 though it\u2019s unlikely to be ready before 2030<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos said the sequel will definitely be released in cinemas<\/a> as well as on the streamer.<\/p>\n
