<\/p>\nHome sales stalled at the start of the fall season, but one property recently sold for more than $1 million above the city-wide average in Brampton, according to a new report.<\/p>\n
Brampton\u2019s real estate market saw a \u201cseasonal slowdown\u201d at the end of summer, and stayed \u201crelatively flat\u201d in the start of fall with an average sale price of $854,322, according to real estate website Zoocasa.<\/p>\n
Numbers aren\u2019t out for October yet, but detached homes in Brampton had an average sale price of $1,001,613 in September.<\/p>\n
Despite slow sales heading into the season, several Brampton properties sold for above average, including five detached homes \u2013 one of which sold for more than $1.8 million.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s a look at the five most expensive homes sold in Brampton last month.<\/p>\n
34 Cannington Cres. \u2013 $1,828,000<\/p>\n
