Director of Parks and Recreation, Brian Connors speaks to the timeline that is in place.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It will take approximately, I&#8217;ve been told, three weeks, that&#8217;s weather dependent for the entire project to be finished. We&#8217;re not anticipating any large disruptions for motorists.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Connors says that a lot of the work is dealing with equipment that is already on site.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I actually drove by today and most of the forward facade was down already.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Connors says many people have voiced their displeasure, but he thinks they will now turn their attention to bettering Southside Pool and eventually a new indoor pool.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Lions Pool in Woodstock is being demolished, and work is scheduled to last three weeks.
