The update enables the app to read menus, forms, tickets, and other non-payment QR codes, removing the need for a separate scanner app.<\/p>\n<p>The company says the feature is designed to make daily tasks faster and more convenient, given how QR codes are now commonly used across dining, shopping, travel, and entertainment in Malaysia. To use it, users simply open the TnG eWallet app, tap the \u2018Scan\u2019 icon on the home screen, and point their camera at a QR code.
