A mart manager has won €26,000 after a tribunal found her employer failed to investigate her bullying complaints, in which she claimed she was frozen out by colleagues and attacked with a cattle prod.

Joyce Holleran-Whelan secured the award on foot of a complaint against Headford Co-operative Mart Limited, in a Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) decision yesterday.
