Freya Riseborough, 32, owner of Vixxen Studios in Ber Street, has turned her dreams into a reality after starting her own business.
She said, “I’m really excited to share my love for pilates with the people of Norwich.
“My classes are inspired by those I completed during my training in Australia.”

Ms Riseborough has a programme of both relaxing and high-energy classes lined up for the studio, inspired by the modern style of teaching abroad.
Inside, there is an open-plan room with 12 beds for reformer pilates classes as well as a mat room for yoga.

Reformer pilates uses a piece of exercise equipment called a pilates reformer to enhance strength, flexibility and posture.
In the new year, Ms Riseborough is launching pre- and postnatal classes where mums can bring their babies.
She added: “I think that the size of our classes will create a community.
“I don’t think anywhere in Norwich offers both mat and reformer pilates.”
Ms Riseborough described the studio location as “a gem in the city” and hopes it will attract the footfall of office and retail workers.
She noted: “I feel super lucky that I have so many people supporting me.
“My mum and my best friend have helped me paint the studio and organise the marketing.”
The studio is launching on November 1 with tours and taster classes costing £10 each.
From Monday to Thursday, the first class will be at 7 am and the last class at 7 pm. There are also sessions on Saturday mornings.
