Priyanka Chopra Jonas posted a touching tribute to her niece on her special day.
The Heads of State actress, 43, shared a snap on her Instagram Stories of her and her niece Valentina, who’s the daughter of her brother-in-law Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle Jonas, at a concert to celebrate her 9th birthday.
In the throwback snap, Chopra Jonas looked up at her niece with a bright smile, as the newly minted 9-year-old held onto a Buzz Lightyear toy.
“You’re pure magic, Valentina ❤️ Wishing you the happiest birthday ever! Love youuuu,” Chopra Jonas, who shares 3-year-old daughter Malti with husband Nick Jonas, wrote in text under the photo.

The Jonas Brothers bandmate, 37, and his wife Danielle, 39, first met in 2007 while on vacation in the Bahamas and later got married in 2009. Since their nuptials, the pair have welcomed two daughters together: Valentina and Alena, 11.
In 2021, Kevin opened up to PEOPLE about being a girl dad and said that his favorite part is “all of it” since he had a much different experience growing up.
“I grew up with four boys in the house,” he said. “So I’m getting to relearn what young women want in their life from an early age, which is so cool to see because I didn’t experience it. It’s all new to me — definitely not to Danielle, but it’s all new to me, which is pretty awesome.”
On Tuesday, Aug. 5, the Married to Jonas alum shared a hilarious clip on his Instagram of his two daughters, acting like “intense” stage managers as he and his brothers prepared to embark on the Greetings From Your Hometown tour.
“Yeah, tour rehearsals are really going great! Everything’s coming together,” Kevin began the clip, adding, “Stage managers are a little uh… intense.”
The instrumental for the Jonas Brothers’ “S.O.S.” began to play over the clip as his two daughters stomped forward, wearing huge headphones. His younger daughter held onto a clipboard while the older walked with her arms folded across her chest. Eventually, they started barking orders at their dad, their uncle Joe Jonas, and other members of the team.
The only person seemingly immune to the girls’ scrutiny was their uncle Nick, who they told was “doing okay.” They gave him a fist pound for approval before moving on to their next task.

In January 2023, Kevin’s two daughters supported their dad as he and his brothers received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Kevin gave his daughters a sweet shout-out during his speech. “Alena, Valentina, this is a pretty cool moment, don’t you think?” he said to the girls. “It’s pretty cool, but you two are my brightest stars. I love you.”
A couple of months later, Alena and Valentina watched the Jonas Brothers perform at the Marquis Theatre in New York City. One fan posted a video on TikTok of Kevin sweetly waving at his daughters from the stage.
In June 2023, the three Jonas Brothers spoke with PEOPLE about fatherhood. During the interview, Kevin shared some advice for his girls.
“Try to do your best. That’s all we can ask. We don’t ask for perfection, we just ask for them to try,” he said. “We’re here to support them.”
