Two men have been jailed for eight years and four years respectively for engaging in a feud between two families that resulted in a man being stabbed multiple times on a busy street in Mullingar on a summer afternoon, leaving him with life-threatening injuries.
The Central Criminal Court was previously told that the families involved have since engaged with the Traveller Mediation Service to reconcile their differences.
