Senegal’s eurobonds plunged after the country’s prime minister said he would oppose restructuring the country’s debt, following “difficult” talks with the International Monetary Fund.

The West African nation’s dollar bonds maturing in 2031 slumped 5.5 cents to 71.36 cents on the dollar at 9:40 a.m. in London. That’s the most on record on a closing basis and extended loses for a third day. Notes due 2048 fell by 3.82 cents to 58.82 cents on the dollar, heading for the biggest drop in more than three years.
