A director of an equestrian centre who took away six valuable sports horses last month is to give up possession of the bloodstock pending the determination of a dispute between him and his former girlfriend, who owns the business.
Rafael Sanctuary today agreed to five of the horses he took from River Lodge Equestrian Centre being placed in independent care.
