Irish TV personality Maura Higgins has been confirmed as a contestant on the next season of The Traitors US.
The American version of the hit reality show is hosted by Scottish actor Alan Cumming. It is set to kick off on January 8.
Higgins will be part of a cast including Donna Kelce, the mother of NFL stars Jason and Travis Kelce, New York actor Michael Rapaport, singer-songwriter Eric Nam and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna.
Also among the contestants will be comedian Ron Funches, Olympic figure skater Johnny Weird and Colton Underwood of The Bachelor fame.
A teaser for the fourth season of The Traitors US shows Higgins saying: “If someone comes for me at the roundtable, God love them.”

The Co Longford native rose to fame on Love Island in 2019 and was a contestant on last year’s edition of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.
The Irish version of The Traitors hit our screens on RTÉ in August and proved to be a huge success.
The last season of the American version of the series, which is based on a Dutch programme, was won by Lord Ivar Mountbatten, Dolores Catania, Dylan Efron and Gabby Windey.
