Ireland’s U-17s earned a sport in the last-16 thanks to a dramatic penalty shoot-out win over Canada last Friday, now they face Switzerland for a place in the last eight in Qatar.

A late Canadian goal cancelled out Michael Noonan’s opener, forcing a dramatic penalty shootout which Ireland won 9-8.
